Who

I was a student. I would like to flip the tables and be a teacher. Usually I study cells and analyze obscure authors. Occasionally I study people and analyze places. Sometimes I write about them.

As a Chinese-American who grew up in Houston, went to school in Los Angeles, lived briefly in Paris and Bourgoin-Jallieu, and spent the holidays in Finland, cultural clashes and adventuring are in my blood. If I don’t suffer an existential crisis first, I’ll keep dipping into the cultural stew and see what I can draw up.

Traveling as a single girl leads to meeting lots of new people, which can be terrific or terrifying. Regardless, there’s always a story to tell. Feel free to write me for recommendations about any of the places I’ve visited!
